IbeX simplifies document management from start to finish.
When a new file is added to the IbeX folder on your desktop, the software categorizes it and extracts key details to create a standardized, easy-to-search file name. The file is then securely stored on your server in an organized folder structure.
To retrieve a document, just tap the Ctrl button twice to bring up the search bar. Type in the patient name, date, file type, or claim number, and you'll find your file in seconds—faster and easier than traditional document management systems.
